Things to note:

- Please avoid using Notes and Chat for small talk, such as "hi" and "how are you?", as it's now being used by Spam Bots as an entry into conversation and spreading their spam links. Additionally, don't use Notes or Chat for an enquiry / topic that could be done in a comment on my profile or a relevant deviation. I will tend to ignore and delete the Comment/Note/Chat completely if either of these are the case.

- The three exceptions are Art Thief Alerts , Commission inquiries and Paid Content Issues. Noting me or alerting me via the Chat system for these is perfectly fine, with Notes being my preferred method of keeping information logged. Any note or chat message that is anything other than these exceptions will be ignored and deleted.

- Any questions you have can be asked as a comment either on my profile or the deviation if it's relative to it. If they are related to the three topics above, feel free to Note me.

- Spam comments will be hidden/deleted and possibly reported depending on their content. This includes comments with zero context.

- I won't do Journal tags for challenges and memes, I don't have that time to spare now.

- In regards to using my characters: Brief cameos and glimpses in the background of other works are fine, as long as nothing about the character is written or portrayed out of character (such as a vile character portrayed to look like a saint). Larger projects where you want to insert my characters into other stories and original takes (especially if it removes them from a setting/lore they were tailored and created for) is a hard no. If you're unsure where your idea lies, ask me first.

- Gift art you make yourself is fine and does not require permission. Thank you for the kindness!

- Referencing from my free work is fine as long as credit is given: referencing from Pay to Use Bases along with direct copying/tracing of any of my art is not. Do not reference from Commission / Adopts / Other work where currency was involved in the exchange or any spare bits I do that involve paid content (such as designs made with a purchaseable base).

- I DO NOT condone any sort of Racist / Discriminatory / Sexist behaviour! Anything of this sort will result in you being reported and blocked!

- In addition to the above, I ask that you remain civil and polite with other users on my profile - I will not tolerate disrespect to anyone on my work / art- we should be able to talk about different opinions (provided they do not fall into the above point) in a polite and constructive manner.

- I do not just accept anyone as a friend on the internet - I have to feel OK with you and that takes a lot of time.
