COUNCIL OF WARFANG
Ignus is the Head of Council so most topics, if not all, have to go through her but an overall discussion is with the entire council (who are representatives of the other species around the city)
Their name aren't written here but its pretty much those of Cheetah (Hunter's dudes and all), Griffin (he's a dude), Dragon, Fauns (like Elora...yah her peeps are here) and Moles (pssst, she's also one of the librarians
)
So we got the council here voting in favour of Thrylos learning from The Elder Guardians and not Ignitus' lot. They seem ok about it...Oron isn't so sure, he's worried about Xenon awww
